Q1️⃣: I'm worried that the product doesn't match the picture.

A: All products are handcrafted, so each piece may slightly differ from photos, but we guarantee maximum accuracy and premium quality.

Q2️⃣: What is the processing and delivery time for orders?

A: If the item is in stock, it will ship within 1-3 business days. If made to order - production time 5-10 days (depends on complexity). Shipping time depends on your location. Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days. Please note that customs delays may occur, and unfortunately, we cannot influence the delivery timeframe. Your order may arrive in the destination country within a couple of days and take an additional couple of weeks to clear customs.

Q3️⃣: Which countries do you ship to? 

A: Worldwide.

Q4️⃣: Can I place a custom order? For example, I want a different colour or to add/remove a detail from the mask.

A: Yes, absolutely! Just let us know. But please contact us before or right after purchase. Custom items are non-returnable.

Q5️⃣: I have a 3D printer. Where can I buy 3D models?

A: At the moment, only on Cults3D, but we'll move all our digital stuff to the current platform soon.

 

Q5️⃣: Why is shipping from Canada to the U.S. so expensive?

A: New border rules and customs checks made international shipping a bit slower - and pricier. The U.S. adds import and processing fees (35% of the product cost). Even though we’re neighbours, shipping from Canada to the U.S. is officially international, which means higher rates and more paperwork. All prices are straight from Canada Post or UPS - we don’t add a single cent.

For example, the shipping cost for one mask to the US is: 

  • UPS label - 25CAD
  • Customs fee 35% - 28CAD
  • Box 22x22x22cm and packaging - 4CAD
  • Total 56CAD = 40USD
